If you get a phone request to order IGLIOMA on a case, ask that an e-mail with the request be sent to the attending on the case. Then, confirm it with your attending
Order IGLIOMA as procedure/process/group in CO path
An H&E slide with an identifier from the in situ lab will arrive to the sign-out room
Circle appropriate areas on the slide (different tumor areas T1-Tn, and N “normal” areas as well) (X for tumor and normal).
Take the slide to the in situ bin in the 6th floor.
